Order Processing:
We strive for speed and efficiency. Orders are processed within 24 – 48 hours and shipped the following day. Note: Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. During holidays and sales, processing times may be extended.
Warehouse and Shipping Confirmation:
All items are dispatched from our warehouse in The Netherlands. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, enabling you to track your shipment. Please note that shipping costs vary based on package weight and destination. All international orders may incur customs duties and taxes, for which the customer is responsible.
