3. Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to Khione Cold Therapy.
4. Warranty
We provide a 3-year warranty on our products, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper use. The warranty period commences on the date of delivery. In the event of a defect, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the defective product. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
5. Returns and Refunds

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product to Khione Cold Therapy.
